Ms Iris Chung, Project Director

Iris has over 15 years of experience in the private and public sectors (Economic Development Board, Singapore Tourism Board and National Arts Council) in the areas of property development & management, project facilitation and policy reviews.

Driven by a pragmatic and efficient working style, she had facilitated many innovative projects in the manufacturing and tourism sectors from conceptualization till operations in Singapore. In each of the projects undertaken, Iris was able to maintain a macro perspective of the situation, manage timelines and make impartial assessment of the views expressed by businesses and government officials. Her people oriented skills have given her the ability to persuade others to review their policies and perspectives, thereby leading to the resolution of many seemingly insurmountable issues.

Coupled with her academic training in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore, Master of Business Administration degree and Diploma in Marketing from UK, Iris has made significant contributions in spearheading the project management portfolio in Adval Ventures Pte Ltd.
